I visited many shops in the Greensboro area and only one United Transmission took the time to give me great customer service. I have a 2004 Hyundai Accent that I took to the shop and from the very beginning Chuck and his staff were great. The price was quoted to me and never changed. I was told upfront that they needed to inspect and give me exactly what needed to be done. The cost was less than the other and I also given a 3 year or 36,000 warranty. They are the best.
They were very professional and friendly, stuck to their estimate and completed the work in a timely manner.
I brought my car in thinking I needed a new transmission. After they did a free diagnostic, they informed me it could be repaired with a sensor. I can’t say enough great things about these guys.
I took my Honda to the dealer and they told me it would be $3,500 for a transmission. A friend suggested I call United Transmission. I’m glad I did, they save me over $1,000 and gave me a three year 36,000 warranty.
